What’s a exit strategy on wholesaling a house ?

Hey guys , newbie here . I have a 100k house and it’s for sale for 25k . I would like to wholesale if possible . What’s the steps I need to take to complete this deal ? Assignment agreements ? And if I get into it and realize I can’t sell it what happens then can I set myself up with a exit strategy?

This John guy is clearly just a troll. Every freaking time, something about wholesaling comes up there comes this homie out of nowhere sticking his nose where it doesn’t belong. He needs to keep his comments and copy and paste statutes to himself. No one cares ! and if you get fined, SO WHAT ! its just a cost of doing business. He acts like people out here dealing dope or running big scams. You all are just trying to make RE moves, and although I am not a wholesaler I side with you all because I get deals from wholesalers.

Plenty of people have reported this John guy, and I have no idea why BP still hasn’t cancelled his account. He needs to be gone already, just lurking. He gets on all the members nerves here.
