Are buying tax liens, deeds worth the time, energy, and ROI?
Interested in this area of real estate investing. Like my title says is it worth it?

@Juan David Maldonado I feel that this would depend on what part of Texas you are looking in. For example, Fort Worth has a very user friendly method of selling their tax lien properties. You can learn more about it HERE. Those are properties that either were not at auction or went through auction and did not sell for whatever reason. But not sure if any other counties do it that way. What part of Texas were you looking in?
