We've decided that moving into real estate investing will be a long process but if we do it smart and RIGHT we will have a much better future.

There's a lot to learn and some pretty smart people to learn from.

I don't really want to wait a whole 2 years to start getting in the game, but if it's the smart decision I'd be willing to do it.
