Hello BP! I am Bryan and my girlfriend and I have finally decided to take our first steps into real estate. I work in a warehouse near Victorville and my lady is in the food service industry. We've decided that moving into real estate investing will be a long process but if we do it smart and RIGHT we will have a much better future. It's only been about a month since we started to take this idea we had a while ago, seriously. I found BP and hope to start something wonderful here. We went to a seminar locally and while we knew there was going to be a "just $197 will get you..." pitch we hoped for some clarity on where we wanted to start. After ALMOST considering the "training classes" I started digging deeper here and realized, this is most of what we need. I'm hoping within the next few months we will have at least started our first wholesale (?). We feel that we would be most comfortable with that as a start.

That's pretty much all for now. Hope to hear from some of you soon, and I'm sure you'll hear from me too.
