This should work and you can also caulk all the corners.As far as asbestos goes, if it was built before the 80's it most likely has asbestos in it.

It's not hard and fast and sometimes it'll work and sometimes it won't; just because it does doesn't make it a good deal and just because it doesn't does not make it a bad deal.Second, the 50% rule includes everything expense wise except debt, which means property management is included.
