I haven't looked at wholesalers at all, just did a little research after reading your comment.

@Bryan Laufenberg As an agent in Boise, ID and from the comments above I can tell commissions vary from state to state.

By chance when submitting some papers in the city, the teller commented on how the address was in a good part of the town and her friend would love to move in.

As I walk the house other people were looking at the house and the comments they made make me think that they really do not know much about construction not even investing.
