What are the biggest obstacles in regard to "crazy terms" that you have been experiencing from DSCR lenders?

Gift isn't the biggest problem.

The biggest threat to rents right now is reverse household formation, during the pandemic we had record household formation (people moving out of their parents basement, going from having a roommate to living alone, buying a 2nd home, buying an Airbnb, buying a rental, buying 5 rentals etc.)

I live in a suburb that has about 60k residents so not the biggest city and it's not one of the main roads, however it's definitely busier than a neighborhood street.
