I noticed your renovation timeline vs renovation amount is a bit more hopeful than conservative, not to say it can't be achieved but it reads like a best-case scenario and not a likely one.

Currently, without knowing most of your numbers, all I can tell you is that if you're truly projected to hit your investing goal of paying less than 2k/mo on a mortgage, then you're achieving what you set out to do and you should be proud of that.Good luck!

So what is the quickest and simplest way of achieving this in my situation?
