I'd like to piggy-back on the question and ask for some related advice that perhaps might benefit @Eva and others.When shopping around for lenders, whether conventional or portfolio lenders, what is the proper way for every potential lender to get your credit report without dinging your credit score during each inquiry? 

In fact, my bosses largest five accounts have not shopped their insurance for over 20 years.

These guys where real estate investors them selves, but now ran construction companies, print shops, etc.

The buyers want to build a shop in back and need constant access. 

Hi All,I am working on a duplex that needs 20+ windows. have shopped the big box stores but wanted to check and see if any of u have recommendation of any better places out there.

We took the salesperson course from ERA in Worcester, took the test and then started shopping for investor friendly brokerages that would i) help us get established as agents and ii) allow us to grow our investment business.  

WF has high lender fees and the interest rate could be better.My question is should I shop around with smaller banks?
