Researching Investor/Agent friendly Brokers

Hello All!

I am currently studying for my MA Real Estate Salesperson License. I will be completing the course the beginning of October and taking the exam right after.

I want to both sell as an agent and be able to make my personal investment deals. I am currently researching local brokers (I live in the central ma area) who will allow me to do both.

My long term goal is to be out on my own investing but being new to the real estate world, I know first getting my license and working as an agent will be tremendously education.

Would love any feed back from fellow Investor/Agent BP members.

Thank you in advance :)

Nicole, I'm in Medway and do both with my Brokerage.  Better Living is a mobile technology driven brokerage and has been flexible and has understanding with my work as an investor agent.  They provide me with all the support I have needed and leave me alone when I'm my deals morph into investment transactions.  I would be happy to grab a coffee and talk about my experiences, and you can check out the Join site for Better Living by Google (don't want to spam this list with a link filled ad for my brokerage)
