About to obtain my first property in North Houston for buy and hold. I would appreciate some recommendations on Title Companies to close with and Insurance Companies to protect my assets while house is in rehab. Thanks in advance!

Allegiance in Sugarland is good.  Carrington gets rave reviews from investors.  Spearhead and Benchmark are investor friendly insurance companies in Houston.
