All too often you see the phrase ‘below market rents’ or some such thing, and it may be just that simple; but usually not.

While there are some shady characters out there, just like in every industry, there are a handful of very reputable ones.

Closing on this home in April is usually a bad situation when trying to fill a student rental property. most leases are signed in October the year before hand.
