EVER.It's a total waste of your time and I can tell you, having received my fair share of these emails, that most serious investors won't even respond.There's only one thing serious cash buyers respond to: an actual, quality cash deal.Get yourself one of those, and then send that to whatever list you were going to send this "buying criteria" email.I guarantee you'll earn the respect of those cash buyers and set yourself far apart from all the wholesaler wannabes.

HI Amanda, if by 'wholesale' you mean low priced, I have a company that I have closed thousands of transactions with, that only charges me $395 and no other fees due to my volume, and responds to ALL communications in less than 4 business hours.
