Email To Buyers Asking for Criteria
Does anyone have a suggestion on verbage in a email when contacting buyers to ask for their criteria?

Hi @Denisha K. and welcome to BiggerPockets!
Honestly, my suggestion is... DON'T send buyers an email asking for their criteria.
That's the unmistakable first action of nearly every newbie wholesaler. EVER.
It's a total waste of your time and I can tell you, having received my fair share of these emails, that most serious investors won't even respond.
There's only one thing serious cash buyers respond to: an actual, quality cash deal.
Get yourself one of those, and then send that to whatever list you were going to send this "buying criteria" email.
I guarantee you'll earn the respect of those cash buyers and set yourself far apart from all the wholesaler wannabes.
