@Vanessa Ch - recommend that you connect with a lawyer, the SF tenant/landlord hotline, or the SFAA (san fran apartment association) to confirm ... too much incorrect information out there by folks who aren't lawyers or vetted.

That's a fantastic way for military folks like us to get started in real estate. 

Most rational folks would say no, and this isn’t anything different.

Good for networks and I know there are at least a few members on hereYes, within the group that meets with CFREIA there are a number of folks that do STR, including myself.   

I guess I am looking for example seller finance terms folks have used in the past.

I'm always surprised that more folks in the BP community don't see the advantage of long-term leases.
