I really want to perfect this skill.  

But if you are, these skills will eventually save you tens of thousands of dollars.

i have started using an app called Everlance. i like it very much so far. it tracks mileage and expenses. it allows you to set up favorite locations and different vehicles. it has categories for personal, work, and medical. the expense tracker allows you take photos of the receipts so i don't have to have large stashes of paper for long periods of time. as for paying for things, i do have an llc and business checking/savings however there is very little money in there as we are just starting out. most of my expenses have been put on 2 personal credit cards or paid from my personal account. i knows it's a bad idea but currently have no other options.   

Take for example the cancer survivor who has extremely high and outstanding medical bills but always pays everything else on time.

Or what type of jobs should i apply for with small business management skills, i managed a team of 10-15. 

Skilled framers make this look easy, but like most construction tasks it only looks easy until you have to try it yourself.With all the truss and lumber package now sitting safely in the front yard the framers can safely commit to hiring the crane.

This has led to me managing an office of 43 developers, project managers, etc. and briefing high level leadership.Over the past year I've realized I want to move away from computers and use my networking skills to work in real estate.

I do want to make sure I can do what I want on it, 20+ unit. the current rendering is for restaurant/office/medical (3000-12,000sqft (2 stories)) 2.  

This economic downturn is based on a temporary medical problem...not an economic problem.
