Since you only get a week or so usually with a timeshare I don't see this as worthwhile just to rent that little bit of time.I'd see if there is an onsite PM service that could rent it for you or try to rent it with Craigslist or FB marketplace.

Lastly, most families are looking for a SFH as opposed to a duplex.I’d love your input on a good marketplace, thoughts on Duplex or House Hack, and any other advice.Look forward to everyone’s response!

. $1 worth of trash is still trash. have you tried FB marketplace to generate your own leads, the cost is time only?

I don't know where you buy appliances but we get them off FB market place.

It's a volume game so it may take some time and a few follow-ups before you land one...You can check FB marketplace, send out direct mailers, pull lists and make calls, d4d etc.
