Construction loan for Spec Home

Hello,

I, under LLC, plan to build spec home in Livermore, CA and sell them once built. I need construction loan for hard cost only which could be about 50% of the total project cost. Does any one knows which bank in Livermore CA area loans LLC for Spec home?

Thanks

Jayesh

@Jayesh Patel If you join as a paid member you can post for a loan on the Marketplace Forum here on BP. However; do you have any experience in development and construction? Most lenders don't want to lend if you're not experienced.

There's a website scotsmansguide that has a matrix of lenders, and tells what type of loans they do. However; there's one listed in San Francisco that I have personal experience working with for someone else, and it was a nightmare, so I'd say steer clear of them.
