Has the Internet killed the coaching and courses model?

Was it using an internet listing service like  LoopNet, BP or via local brokers? 

Everything that you asked above.And sometimes it makes more sense to build than to buy, so we also have a 3-Day Developer's Academy that focuses on ground up and conversions too.So part of this may be a shameless plug (of course hopefully within the guidelines of BP) but also to preempt and let you know that there is a wealth of information available - a lot here can be procured on BP, and reaching out to folks like Mike Wagner, or on the internet like Inside Self Storage Investors, both the national & your state Self Storage Association, and folks like myself too - you tube videos, podcast, etc.So you'll not be in lack of information, but be sure that you're best able to simplify it, categorize it, & then action upon it. 

They are low maintenance.I personally have zero interest in installing a camera of my own at the property (many reasons, including: one more thing to maintain, no internet in my name at property, cost, any other issues like this that arise because of it, etc.), but I'm having trouble forming an opinion about this, so I'd love some feedback - pros, cons, etc. 

Are they using some chop shop internet lender, or are they using a lender who has a reputation for closing, closing on time and closing without issue.

I was calling around those towns on Wednesday, going off internet reviews, I only have 2-3 agents/pm's to choose from, so that will be a huge challenge.

The MLS contains lockbox codes to access houses that are sometimes filled with a person's worldly possessions.Your real estate agent license covers you in the event that knowledge gets mis-used (among other things).Do you really think that every schmoo on the internet that wants to run comps should get access to lockbox codes?

It's something I've been looking into on the internet.

I am looking to expand my network across the internet and develop a grander scale of view on real-estate through these forums, hopefully making long term contacts who share my interest and passion for real-estate along the way.

Ill be curious to see how Texas case law (which has differerent district courts in Texas having opposite opinions) holds up in a California court.The problem with the internet, is there are always websites that tell you what you want to hear.
