Has the Internet killed the coaching and courses model?

With so much free information online it seems to be an outdated money model and has pushed those still pushing the model to getting even more and more desperate and it is showing in their content.

If you listen closely to the content the deals that they are referring to that made them a self proclaimed guru falls apart as the details change as they talk about it. Most of these people, and a lot of BP members seem to of done one deal, if that, proclaimed themself a guru, and start selling practices that they dont even do themselves.

Has anyone else noticed the same things or are you waiting for your next book, course, or seminar? Just think of how much real estate that could of bought.
