I think it does have a lot to do with real estate.... i tried the Lease Option path, had some deals setup, didn't fall through, and instead i turned into a virtual bird dog with a funnel system... and i like it.... no calls, no emails to be read, simply fill out their form and it goes directly to the person who would handle all of the inquiries.

I told them without better books, the price would fall dramatically.

I was in just that exact situation last fall and-no surprise!

Recovering from the water intrusion will be the deal breaker if the deal falls thru.

As a result, nobody has purchased it and the house has remained boarded up......the city feels that once boards are up, and the house is "winterized", they never would need to pay attention to the house again.......unfortunately, trees cant be winterized, they grow and will do bad things unless maintained. city disagreed....eventually a tree growing at a 45 degree angle on their property decided it wanted to fall because it couldn't support its own weight anymore. the tree fell in the middle of the street onto my house, destroying my cinderblock wall and chain link fence.

Some combination of master lease and contract for deed may be possible if it's done silently.

So don't want to have this money tied up for the next month if the deal will ultimately fall through anyway.
