Virtual Bird dog Nets $1000 Per MONTH for the next year!

Greetings Biggerpockets Members! Its been a while and BOY has it been a good thing! (Minus missing everyones recent success) Ok, Let me get down to it.

Biggerpockets is the website that saved me from buying a "get 100000 in 2 hours while flipping homes" (you know what i mean lol) course for 3999.97.... l never forget that and i am thankful that BP taught me... you can find anything online for FREE (information wise) and i learned so much.

Anyways... i started off meeting a friend and GREAT person of mine Chris Luithly (BP Member) and he taught me so much about Lease Options and Other REI oppurtunities. I had a few Potential deals but they never fell through. So what did i do? i gave up.... truly i did... and was about to enlist in the Army (again) but i found some information out. A friend told me he is a successful online marketer for RE (amongst other things) and i should give it a try. SO hey WHY NOT? No investment, no nothing, just get out there, meet an investor, and make his site and blog appear on google as number 1, and the leads will come in naturally.... SO long story short, he taught me how to do it, and i got my FIRST contract to be a Virtual Birddog funnel System for him @ 1k per month!!! I was extatic!!!

*I didnt have to call anybody
*I didnt send out letters

It was ALL virtual!! And recurring!!

And it all started here, just being creative, and the snowball accummulated.... He gets the calls and deals, i set him up online and its a TRUE win win situation.


So you may be asking, What does this have to do with RE Success!! Well... Im a virtual bird dog, who set up a site, which in turn brings calls and emails to Him and HIS site! So instead of him paying me a bd fee, i just take a flat rate and DANG right IM HAPPY!!!

Thank you biggerpockets for everything!! I will continue to post my other success storys as more deals like this come in! I do have a few in the works and THIS....IS.....AWESOME!!!!!
