Obviously, its not an essential item like heat, water, etc.

This essentially means that out of state investors cannot do cash out mortgages on Texas properties, so just seeing if there any out of state investors who have completed a cash out refinance of a property in Texas.

Non-essential businesses are closing, I started thinking about what that means for contractors, appraisers, and even prospective tenants who need to enter the property. 

Currently, due to coronavirus issue, we are self-isolated at home and the tax office is delaying the paperwork. 

Paperwork has been approved and we have passed inspection. 

I'm fortunate to have (2) essential jobs that have not shut down,  so I can afford the mortgage even without rent.

I am settled in the Knoxville area and work at the one of (if not the) largest Building Materials and Hardware Supply stores in the area and have a great knowledge of the homebuilding/repair process, as well as the handyman/construction skills to do essentially anything in terms of rehabbing.

I had 2 apartments vacant and it was a little bit stressful this week trying to finish things up in the apartments with store closing not knowing what was going to be essential business and what wasn’t.

Texas has some people still opening their churches because it's an essential service...but only a few real loonies are open)
