Hello,

My name is Zafiris and I live in Athens, Greece. I am 32 years old, working as service engineer for petroleum industry. Me and my wife are just starting to invest in real estate.

I have been following biggerpockets podcast for years, around episode 40-50 and have been reading about investing quite a lot. The last few years I am trying to build up my investing mentality, while building up my wealth by saving up, cutting expenses, investing in the stock market, building a cash generating photovoltaic, playing with credit cards points and stuff.

Now that are cash reserves are good and our son is 3 months old, we decided to stop procrastinating and take action.

So recently went to a local meet up, through "meetup" app, which hosted by an investor the last few years. Discussing with them, they suggested me to look for cheap small offices, which cashflow greatly, and that we did. We started researching where can we find cheap offices for rent and if it is worth it. After few weeks of researching, we found 3 small offices next to each other, which I project to cash flow for 9.5% and we gave it a try. Currently, due to coronavirus issue, we are self-isolated at home and the tax office is delaying the paperwork.

We hope we can finalize the transaction within the following 1-3 weeks, so our investing journey starts. Our plans are not to stop here and acquire 3-4 more offices on that area the next 1 - 1.5 years.
