being you already have a rental property, you already know that holding real estate will not make you millions right away, you would need to figure the numbers on the property and see if the rate of return will be greater than the 7% you are making in the retirement account. 7% is a pretty good return on a retirement account, i personally would try and shoot for at least a 10% return before using those funds, just in case some repair comes up on the property.
