Hello Fellow Investors!

I've been a real estate investor since 2006, staring my investing career in Rockford, IL, and purchased my first investment at age of 22.  I am also a professional in the financial services industry, advising large real estate development clients on various insurance and risk management related matters.  My clients are sophisticated investors and developers, each owning on average about 5-10 million sq/ft of commercial space, and about 2,000-3,000 units.  I love what I do.  I have learned, and also been exposed to a lot of cool real estate projects through my clients. 

I love real estate and have always had a vision of owning a portfolio of multi-family (and maybe commercial) properties, about 1,000 units.  My goal is to continue to grow my book of clients that will afford me the income to invest in real estate.  I have listened to many BiggerPockets podcasts, and I am interested in expanding my network of like-minded individuals.  My goal is to continue to learn more about real estate investing, and find investors who are interested in partnering with me to fund buy-and-hold deals, and build a little empire.  I look forward to meeting people!!
