Was visiting a friend's restaurant downtown last year and while walking and discovering the area, I came across this 2 story store-front conversion to a town-house/loft hybrid.... can't see the baby grand piano on the ground floor, but it's definitely there....

@Alberto Recio here is the information on the meet up.We have a "social" meet up once a month (2nd Wednesday) at a restaurant starts at 5:30PM:Napolatanos 606 Northwest 75th Street, Gainesville, FL 32607 Last meeting there was a loan officer who is also part of the group speaking about conventional loans, credit reports, etc.

if your talking about the park that was listed about a month ago on the south side of town or the cheaper one one that has a restaurent with it, I evaluated them both from a mobile home park perspective and they're way over valued.
