Greetings and Salutations to one and all.  I have always wanted to write that!  My name is Ashley Simcoe and I am a newer real estate agent.  I have been at this for almost 2 years.  I have a background in the Restaurant industry and decided after I was let go 2 years ago(the building was bulldozed a year later) that it was time for a change.  I knew that I didn't want to back to work for someone/chain/concept etc. and that I wanted to try something new.  I am enjoying my career to this point but one of my big "why's" is to eventually get into business with my brother.  I know, I have heard pros and cons on both sides of this issue but I am pretty secure in my understanding of what we want to do and accomplish.  

I am very interested in real estate investing.  I was raised around it as my folks own several rental properties and enjoy doing some of the work myself.

I am here to learn as much as I can and eventually purchase my first property and maybe even be able to offer some assistance with my newly acquired knowledge base as well.  I am interested mostly in flipping and buy and hold for the long term.
