Hi all!

My name is Jacob Rozansky and I am a Construction Management Major/Real Estate Minor at UF.

I intend to flip houses upon graduation in May, and am looking for those in the community who can help me move forward with my vision.

Just wanted to introduce myself to the community! I have been listening to BP podcasts for months and already read the BP Book on Flipping Houses so I was well overdue to post on these forums!

Anyway welcome to bigger pockets and congratulation on your chosen career path. My advice to you is don't hesitate to start, most may never feel like they quite ready but in reality they are. Start looking at deals now .. Search the Internet every chance you get for deals , learn how to identify them and when you find a home run deal try to find a JV partner to help you accoplish that goal. You already made a couple of great steps like declaring your major and more importantly by joining BIgger Pockets were you might just be able to find that partner who is willing to finance your first few properties. I wish you the very best.

God Speed,

Michael Short
