Hi y'all!

Finally I found a property that is a good deal for buy and hold, it's my first one so I have no idea about the costs of things, right now my doubt is:

How much is a resonable cost for an inspection of a 1250 sqft apartment in Dallas, TX?

I'm sure many more questions will arise along the way.
