They may not be good comps because they are not apples to apples; different sq footage, different number of beds/baths, some were sold 6 to 8 months ago.  

I gotta really watch 

In my free time I love having all 4 of girls, fur babies,  in my lap or out watching them run in the yard.  

I've been reading, listening and watching for a few months all over the place.

Network with investors here to meet in real life and shadow the best who are willing to teach, watch them evaluate deals, see how they "think."

Been in this business 15 years, and seen the good, the bad, and the ugly ... watched all those newbies shoot past me by playing aggressive in 2007, only to watch them fall and I blew right past them in 2009.

What I am thinking in the realm of possibilities is buying a single family home in the eagan, burnsville, savage, apple valley, rosemount, farmington area, seeing as most of us work and frequent that general area of the suburbs.

Watch out, if you use that term they may think you are asking for "Basic Coverage" under the Property policy.
