Pick your asset class, investment parameters and submarket(s) you like and then focus your time and resources on finding an asset you can buy.

Both are great resources for learning more about financial independence, cutting costs, and other little life hacks you can implement pretty easily to save more.

I have since watched a couple podcast episodes, and started reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Ultimate Beginners Guide.

Thumbtack and Homeadvisor are bad resources in my opinion. 

When looking at Cleveland with those out of state eyes many have found The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods to be a great resource.

I think he's an incredible resource specific to the LA market.

Fixing the self created, and self limiting problems is the most valuable, because these are the simplest problems, and the ones that will have most impact on your ability to help other people fix their problems.a good credit score is reference that you can properly manage resources, without it, it's hard to convince someone you have that skill.
