My husband and I are looking to invest in our very first STR near Disney/Universal.

I started my RE journey right out of University - it's been a profitable & exciting journey.

21201, 3 blocks from the University of Maryland Medical Center

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

I don't care and the universe won't care.

If you do find a way to preliminarily screen, just make sure you do it universally!  

I definitely want to DM to a few different target universes but I am curious to know hat is working for other folks.  

One of the main draws to this town for me was a State University about 35minutes away in a much more expensive town. 

Also, anyone who knows both the Rochester and Buffalo markets, I'm curious how the 19th ward, specifically below Brooks Avenue, compares to University heights near UB south campus in Buffalo as I lived there for a few years. 

Currently rented to students in the nearby universities.
