You can also put in ad saying you are looking for Parks to buy.Word of Mouth - let everyone you know and then have them tell everyone they know that you are looking for parks.Facebook and Social Media - there's a MHP and RV Park investing group and its growing.Good luck!

Other idea I'm tossing around is whether I could airbnb my primary residence and stay in the RV when its rented... decisions decisions
