Farming MHP Parks in the Western US - Help!

We are looking for someone who has successfully farmed MHPs and developed a set of best practices, techniques, tools, etc, that we can leverage. Our geographic area of focus is specific markets in the Western US and hopefully, outside an area you are actively working. We have several investors who want to purchase MHPs and want to develop a pipeline of potential sellers. There's a thread here on "Finding Mobile Home Parks" that has some good tips. A few quick ones I remember:

• Driving for Dollars - you'd be surprised how many you discover once you are looking for them.
• Buy or create a mailing lists - a Title company or other service can provide you with a list of all parks categorized as MHP in your areas. They use the tax and CAD records. You can do this yourself but very time intensive.
• Wholesalers - a few specialize in this area (like me!) but also call other commercial and SFH wholesalers in the area and let them know you are actively looking for these parks.
• Owner associations and groups - LinkedIn, MHP owner's group and industry groups - brokers and others often post parks for sale on those boards.
• Craigslist - the secret here is to create a system that notifies you first whenever someone post a MHP for sale in your area. I'm creating a video on just how to do that. You can also put in ad saying you are looking for Parks to buy.
• Word of Mouth - let everyone you know and then have them tell everyone they know that you are looking for parks.
• Facebook and Social Media - there's a MHP and RV Park investing group and its growing.
