We truly could have saved ourselves a lot of trouble if we knew that sooner, but we were trying to be respectful and sensitive, gain trust, etc. 

Do they treat your question with respect?

That's not what I'm after.I need someone who won't recommend replacement on every unit over 7 years old, that will actually show up when they say, will check filters, and respect an NTE.

That came out to $157.64 and $175.81 respectively.

They sign on contracts with local hospitals for 3-6 months and are super respectful generally.

After purchasing the property at the beginning of 2020, I did my due diligence to screen and find tenants and I’m so glad I took the care I did during that process because my tenants have been fantastic (pay rent on time every time, neat and clean, respectful, take great care to their portion of the backyard, have asked to make small upgrades and executed them nicely, etc.)
