Equity Investor vs Real Estate Ownership
I am a new investor and trying to better understand all the various real estate investment options. What I am trying to better understand is; Can an investor yield as strong, or better, of an ROI as an equity investor vs building a real estate portfolio? For easier math, assume $500,000 investible funds. I really appreciate and respect the input from the BP members. Thank you in advance.
