@Greg H. we just finished an eviction last week on people who were using drugs and damaging our property and allowing other people to enter the property and damage it also.

Inspections will include not just a physical inspection of the property, but also engineering assessments; environmental assessments; zoning and permit inspections; leases and service contracts and finances (3-5 years, preferable prepared by an accountant).   

If the numbers make sense and I make an offer and it goes into contract, at what stage do title, document and physical inspection take place?

Payments went from $150/mo to $240/mo plus a $100/month add on water fee b/c of a water main break and lots of damage.

I really struggle to think of how someone could either cause more than $1M in damage or sue me for more than $1M in damages or injuries just by using my condo.
