Stay with Renters Wearhouse or find another PM - Independence, MO

Back in 2018, we bought an investment property in Independence, MO and hired Renters Wearhouse to place the tenant and manage the property. Prior to accepting the tenant, I asked my husband if the tenants had a prior eviction and he said they didn't even though we dont have proof of that. After two months of living there, the tenant said a snow plower damaged our garage door. I doubt that was the case since there's a driveway and the pictures looked like a car slid into it but my husband went ahead and paid for the $995 worth of damages. Throughtout the year, the tenants have been consistently late in paying their rent and in Nov, they stopped paying. My husband decided to evict the tenant.

We're out of state and don't know of any other PMs in the area. I have lost trust in renter's wearhouse and wanted to get advice on whether we should continue with them or find another property manager.
