As a hard money lender, I would look past your taxes not being done, especially if the LTV on the deal was lower since you have a sizable amount of cash to put in the deal.

It usually takes customers a couple months to get used to ANY new system you put in place, so even if you no longer take cash payments, for example, a few will still pay with it.

You can make more money but you either need to put in more hours or hire people to handle the greater workload, so depending on how you value your time and how much you are paying people it might not be the best use of your time.
