How to structure partnership and paperwork
Looking to purchase my first real estate investment as a vacation home for financing purposes. It is in Florida and I am in Kansas. In order to mitigate risk I have three partners that will put in the same amount of money. Any suggestions on how to structure the partnership? I will, most likely, manage it with VRBO. Looking for easy paperwork to clarify expectations of the partnership. Thanks.

This is an instance where it makes sense to loop in an attorney and a CPA to make sure that this is structured correctly. An attorney for the legal aspects and a CPA for the tax implications.
