Self Storage Facility: Bookkeeping Question

I'm about to acquire a smaller facility (108 units) and I'm looking for someone to handle our books for us. We will be using an online property management software with the majority of a rental income being online with just a few bills each month. I can't imagine it would require many hours, but I'm trying to gauge experience from others. Do you think 2 - 4 hours a month is realistic or should it be more or less?

It takes me about 15 minutes per storage facility per monthto do the books.  Simply link Quickbooks to your bank account and company credit card and import monthly credits and debits.  Then reconcile.
