Hi, ill keep this short as im sure there are plenty of the same posts, as I have come across a few. 

If wholesalers asking price is less than my max pay amount, then Ill buy it.  

Ill keep using my absentee owner list until its no longer fisable just bc I paid for it lol.I think I'd like to put more of my efforts into probate/estates or maybe foreclosures.I've been doing a bit of driving for dollars lately.

Ill keep all this in mind i live in brooklyn center its not that bad north is alittle but when youve been to downtown philly those are nothing.

I'm planning on showing up to city and state coffee next Wednesday so maybe ill see you there. 

However, Ill only have enough down payment for 12-16%.

First ill be moving to california for 8 months or less and after that ill be moving to Colorado Springs.

So if there are any of you guys working on your properties I would love to tag along and lend a helping hand when needed, Ill even make store runs.
