Volunteer for house rehabs in New Jersey

Hello fellow Jersey REIs, I am new to the whole real estate thing and currently looking for experience in the rehabilitation of homes. I'm using this experience to one day work on my own rental properties when I get started in the coming years. So if there are any of you guys working on your properties I would love to tag along and lend a helping hand when needed, Ill even make store runs.
