I do have a plumber in my network that may be helpful in at least bouncing around ideas, but I suspect you'd want someone with more of an engineering skill-set to evaluate options for that. 

She said she couldn't find it inside the house, therefore she order a plumber for that.

These are two very important questions that any reputable wholesaler will ask you.

If you can do a significant amount of the work and hire plumber, electrician, hvac... to do the real stuff, then I would go w/ BRRRR.
