NYC My 2nd New Construction Project

I have years of experience in Construction, my uncles were electrician, plumber and carpenters. Just completed a ground up new construction 3200 sq ft house a year ago, about to finish a flip in the next 2 weeks. I am in the works to purchase land for a new house construction and looking for investor/lenders.
