Some areas just aren't good rental areas... maybe you could try looking in lower-middle class areas and/or multi unit properties instead.Thanks for the info.I am already looking at only multi-family properties and in the big rental areas (areas around the colleges, for one, and other areas where there is more of a rental poulation.)
