First I would like to say thank you all for having me. I have been doing some research before I make the big leap. I am actually looking for condemned houses to buy to create rentals. I live in Williamsport, a small town in Central Pennsylvania. I Was actually looking into flipping until I read that only 30 percent of the people in Lycoming County Own homes. It seems like renting would be the way to go. I have been looking into Judicial Tax Sales also but do not have the money to buy them straight up. If anyone has any information on how to get the financing I need please help.
