Think of your LLC as a business.

Sure everyone likes to save money by doing so yourself, but eventually, you would want to scale your business to the point where you can hire a PM to do that work for you. 

You have other factors in your rental business such as the cost of money.

Has anyone used the OnDeck or Fundbox platform for a business loan?

Should I open a business bank account under my LLC  to make mortgage payments and collect rent even though the property is in my personal name?

This full-time person has now been with me for over 6 months and while it was a scary decision at the time, it was absolutely the best thing I could have ever done for my business. 

Unfortunately, a lot of investors first starting out (myself included) tend to focus on finding motivated sellers in these types of communities and then try to talk to the park manager and/or owner to make sure they can do business there.

The property has two leases to business and the upstairs is a short-term rental on AirBnb.I have $250K in equity and owe $100K.
