I had a lady call me this afternoon from a car dealership.

To me, it looks like even social networking has taken a turn for the lazy!

The article said that most people are too lazy to even fill it out, so those are the tenants you do not want any way.

I signed on off on all contingencies yesterday afternoon and this seller disclosure magically appears in my inbox this morning.  

Have her go with you to volunteer or visit at a local retirement home some Sunday afternoon.

yes, ace hardware. they have served me well and this is to be celebrated. i do know they are limited a bit in terms of certain products. but everything the client and i ordered on a saturday was delivered and installed in his space by the very next monday afternoon. 3 delivery guys just took care of it all and it looks fabulous.

Car and license still show my parents address, I'm too lazy to get that **** changed.
